Starting with the venue search, the team will manage all necessary site visits, creative design and styling, supplier tenders, entertainment sourcing and logistics planning. In tandem, budget management remains at the forefront, ensuring financial alignment with your vision.
We will be on site from start to finish managing the venue and all supplier teams to ensure your event runs like clockwork; we will be by your side throughout the day for last minute requests, guidance and reassurance.
We will manage the venue breakdown, conduct a full reconciliation and share final photography galleries and videography films once completed.
